About Me

Currently, I am the Associate Director of Product Management for the Kohler Company. For the last 3 years, I have been leading strategy and product pipeline development for the commercial restroom sector. My team & I have been driving innovation in this sector, bringing stylish and hygienic solutions to the market. My team has successfully launched numerous products that have added millions of dollars in revenue to the product portfolio.

My prior 23 years expertise in the medical device industry, spans medical education, sales, field marketing, market development, and product management, across both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. I have successfully launched numerous devices in fields such as laparoscopy, distal extremities, and spine, managing product portfolios up to $170M. 

It is quite an exciting time in business, as we are witnessing the intersection of business and technology, in both industries. The result of this intersection is creating innovations that will transform the influence of consumer goods and medical devices on customers. These innovations will create new opportunities and challenges. Opportunities and challenges that will require a new and unique skill set to help organizations navigate this new world of complex consumer products. 

My passion for technology and problem-solving, coupled with my expertise in research-based methodologies, can help innovative companies navigate and drive advancements in their respective industries. Thus, my experience and educational pursuits will be valuable assets in this exciting world of emerging technologies. By incorporating my doctoral learnings in engaged scholarship, I can provide research-based methodologies to address the complexities of developing and marketing innovation. My Doctor of Business Administration degree was obtained at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA with distinguished recognition via membership in Beta Gamma Sigma (international business honor society).
